THE GAY-MART GUARANTEE: If you’re not satisfied for any reason, return the merchandise within thirty days together with a short explanation. We will refund your full payment and any reasonable return shipping charges - no ifs, ands or buts.
For reasons of health, we must exempt items of a personal nature unless they are being returned because they are defective.
Orders for products in stock are normally shipped within five business days of the receipt of your paid order. In cases where we are out of stock, we have agreements with most of our suppliers to deliver within one to two weeks of our order. In most cases, an order will take about a week. In no case should an order take more than four weeks. If you require an order by a specific date, please phone the order desk at (604) 681 3262 or toll-free at 1-877-GAYMART and we will provide an exact shipping date for you.
Yes, we accept payment from Canadian residents in Canadian dollars using American Express, Discover, Lock-It, Mastercard and Visa cards. We accept payment from residents of the USA and other countries in US dollars using Discover and Visa cards.
All mail and packages from us are in discreet envelopes or packaging with our monogram, G.M.E., as the return name.
We consider your name and address a confidence. We will not sell or for any other reason make available any information about our customers to any other party.
Gay-MART’s head office, main store and warehouse are located at 1148 Davie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V6E 1N1. Gay-MART is incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
Gay-MART does not currently have any warehouses, offices or retail outlets in the United States. We have registered the name Gay-MART Enterprises, Incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia. In addition, we have registered the name gaymart.com as our internet server identification throughout the world. Other organizations are operating under the name Gay-MART in other jurisdictions and are in no way affiliated with us.
Gay-MART's store is located at 1148 Davie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia in the heart of Vancouver's main gay area, the West End.
Gay-MART is always looking for innovative products to add to our product line. If you or someone you know has a product of interest, please call, fax or send us mail or internet mail through our information numbers and addresses.
Our products come from around the world. We seek out good value for our customers. We buy from individuals and organizations which are either Gay or Lesbian owned and operated or which are at least Gay or Lesbian-positive.

Current custom services include custom embroidery of your logo or idea on fabric clothing and other merchandise such as umbrellas, baseball hats and bags.
