What is your guarantee?
THE GAY-MART GUARANTEE: If youre not satisfied for any reason, return the merchandise within thirty days together with a short explanation.
We will refund your full payment and any reasonable return shipping charges - no ifs, ands or buts.
For health reasons, we must exempt items of a personal nature unless they are being returned because they are defective.
How long will it take to get an order from your catalog?
Orders for products in stock are normally shipped within five business days of the receipt of your paid order.
In cases where we are out of stock,
we have agreements with most of our suppliers to deliver within one to two weeks of our order.
In most cases, an order will take about a week.
In no case should an order take more than four weeks.
If you require an order by a specific date, please phone the order desk at 1-877-GAYMART (Toll free within Canada and the USA),
and we will provide an exact shipping date for you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept payment from Canadian residents in Canadian dollars using American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
We accept payment from residents of the USA and
other countries
in US dollars using American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
Credit card payments may be made via the internet using the Gay-MART shopping cart.

What about discretion?
All mail and packages from us are in discreet envelopes or packaging with our monogram, GME, as the return name.
Do you sell the names and addresses of your customers to other organizations?
We consider your name, address and other personal information a strict confidence.
We will not sell or make available any information about our customers to any other party for any reason, with the following exceptions:

In order to process a credit card order, we must provide identifying information to our Credit Card Processor, InternetSecure,
who, in turn provides the same information to the Credit Card Issuer.
In both cases, these parties are contractually required to maintain customer information as a confidence, unless compelled by law to do otherwise.

In cases of alleged credit card fraud, we must provide investigating authorities with relevant customer information.
Again, these authorities are required to maintain this information as a confidence, unless it is required for a related legal proceeding.
Where are you located?
Gay-MARTs head office and warehouse are located in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.
Neither are open to the public.
Gay-MART is incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Where is your store front?
Gay-MART has closed its retail store in the West End of Vancouver, British Columbia and no longer maintains a storefront.
Are you affiliated with any company in the United States or elsewhere in the world?
Gay-MART has not had and does not currently have any operating locations anywhere but in Canada.
We have registered the name Gay-MART Enterprises Incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
In addition, we have registered the name gaymart.com as our internet server identification throughout the world.
Other organizations operating in other jurisdictions under the name Gay-MART or something similar are in no way affiliated with us.

Our mandate is to provide what our communities want.

We no longer produce custom-made products.
